I've got an iphone 5C But for a few years I haven't used my itunes account, because I find it too confusing. I tried to use it a couple of weeks ago, but gave it up.

Me and son are both getting an ipad for christmas. Just wondering if I should set him up with a seperate itunes account (can I have two itunes accounts on one computer?) or link his ipad to my itunes account?

How to set up parental controls. Argh! Help!

You can have multiple itubes account on any device. You just log into each ad you choose. I'd probably setup his own iTunes account which has no payment cards associated with it. If you share yours yiu run the risk of paying for stuff.

Bah! I don't want to pay for his stuff, but I also want to check that he's not logging into NaughtyNightNursesinBrazil.com.

We've got 4 devices on one iTunes account, it's quite handy having the same content available on them all. But it can get confusing, my wife just got a new phone and I got one of the settings wrong and all her text messages appeared on another phone. That might have something to do with iMessage rather than iTunes though.

Can I give my kids an iPad with their own account but share selected music and movies from account with their account?

I think I might just set up a separate iTunes account for him but keep hold of the password.

I have an account and my daughter has in. As she is 12 purchase permissions come to me unless already via an authorised voucher.

Not sure about sharing but I think you can. I'm a Microsoft android fan but have to dabble with daughters stuff

Apple just tends to work

I have a number of phones and devices, as does my wife

I have a "Master Computer" that contains my ITunes account and that works well. A computer with ITunes can sync multiple iDevices, but iDevices can only link with one computer

We have our own accounts as this means our messages, and ability to track is specific to our own devices

However all the purchases are performed on my account.. however they will load to any of the devices that that computer syncs with, you just select when syncing

THe only snag is that that computer needs a BIG memory if you sync all the photos, music and files from multiple users
