Apple just tends to work

I have a number of phones and devices, as does my wife

I have a "Master Computer" that contains my ITunes account and that works well. A computer with ITunes can sync multiple iDevices, but iDevices can only link with one computer

We have our own accounts as this means our messages, and ability to track is specific to our own devices

However all the purchases are performed on my account.. however they will load to any of the devices that that computer syncs with, you just select when syncing

THe only snag is that that computer needs a BIG memory if you sync all the photos, music and files from multiple users

We have multiple iDevices, mostly each has their own account, but when my youngest bought a secondhand phone with his Christmas money we decided that he should be on Mr Summerdays account, now when he looks at apps he has downloaded he gets all of my son's too.

He has also set up the family sharing bit so that we are linked in that way.

My son's iPad is knocked to my account. That way anything that happens on his shows on mine regarding buying apps music etc. I can also see what website tabs are active on each of the iPads and my phone from which ever device I'm holding iirc.

You can also restrict certain things like safari access, buying apps music etc with a passcode. Disable what you want and don't tell him the passcode.
