I use a sports bra, so generally carry my 'daily' bra with me which solves the problem of having to put a wet bra on, right up until going home...
Not wearing one is not an option here (especially given I used to work in a boarding school), so I started to keep a complete change of spare underwear in a bag in a drawer at work.

I keep clean underwear at work & change it about regularly as I don't wear underwear with bike shorts, of course.

Perhaps you could make do with an emergency over-shoulder-boulder-holder in a bag taped to the underside of your desk ?

Perils of riding in work clothes, I never really get that unless it's short and gentle commute and even then rain is a hazard

Ride in cycle kit, keep trousers and shoes at work and take in shirt etc every day

I appreciate this might not be as workable for ladies

I think I would probably have gone braless rather than wear a wet bra under the circumstances but a) I have small breasts, b) I often wear coloured rather than white blouses which would probably feel less revealing and c) I wear a suit jacket in the office most of the time.
The one time I forgot my office bra I went with going without over wearing a sweaty sports bra all day (but I was wearing a fairly thick dress that day).

I think I'd be tempted to go with getting a bra with no padding or underwiring (even if that's not your usual style) so that I could package it up in a plastic bag or a little box and keep it in my drawer, if you are concerned about it happening again.

Seriously though , plastic bag to keep a spare one in or stash a spare at work.I keep a spare spare of socks ,pants and t shirt at work but i have a locker big enough to keep them in and leave boots , trousers etc as well .

Thank you everyone for your replies. I think I like the neutral colour bikini top best. I already break the rules by having spare shoes and my rucksack under my desk. It's a really safety concious firm that states nothing should be kept under the desk so as not to cramp your legs when working at the desk. We also dont have a cloakroom and the shower room and toilets are out in the public area of the building which is shared with other companies.

I like the idea of taping a Tupperware box to the underside of a desk. I hot desk at many sites, brew tackle is the biggest pita - if I leave it in communal cupboards it's never there next time and carrying it is worse.

Thanks for the idea.
