I had a pair of these earlier this year. TBH they are quite good additional 'be seen' lights. The indicator bit is a novelty that A) wears off very quickly and B) is questionable at best seeing as other road users don't expect them on a bike.
The only problem I had was the sleeve wouldn't tighten up enough inside the bars, and the light units seemed to get stuck in the sleeves.
So every time you wanted to simply remove the light unit the whole assembly ended up getting pulled out, then you had to separate them, re-fit the sleeve, make sure it's in the right position for when you screw the light unit back in, adjust it if it's not, etc, etc, etc.
In the end I sent them back and got a refund.
