What 1/4” Drive torque wrench for Carbon parts ?

One I bought from Wiggle. However I have had a couple of stems that kept coming loose on carbon forks. So I ended up just tightening them way past the recommended torque and they are still fine.
At the end what do you do if something comes loose on ride you just tighten it up by feel.
Personally I think they are just your back up if something breaks and you say “Well I used the correct torque” Not that anyone could really prove otherwise.
I’m somewhat puzzled to what expensive carbon parts you have bought.🤔

You'd be surprised how far out the readings can be on even a new torque wrench, generally under reading IME. It is simple enough to recalibrate one, plenty of good videos on You tube.

EDIT. Sorry, you said 1/4" drive:

Pro Bike Tool torque wrench

It came with a calibration certificate. Not sure if that's worth anything. Slacken off to minimum setting after use is recommended.
