I've just been out on my bike for the first time in almost five years and certain parts of me can feel it now, I reckon I'll be a dinosaur in the morning.

I might take a ride out later. Work on Friday was horrendous and I just plain ached everywhere, so i opted for a slob day yesterday.
I'm cooking Sunday dinner today, chicken and the usuals.

Not long till an evening ride along the canal. Fierce hot here though, mid 30's at least, same every day during the hot season. Got some DIY stuff to do, but sweating just thinking about it. Slouching and watching TV so much more tempting 😓

Bread is baking
Ham is cooking
Wine is chilling
Sunbeds table and chairs are out.
Lunch will be enjoyed in the garden (if it decides to warm up as promised )
