No hair issues for me...I have a shower when I get in to work, so as I said above having had a 'pre-wash' in the rain isn't an issue. Wall-mounted hairdryer sorts out wet hair, but then I have fairly straight hair in a simple shoulder-length bob-ish cut which I ususally just leave to dry naturally. I guess that depends what you job is, as I work in IT in a green/sustainable/etc organisation I can get away with pretty much anything :-D.
