Yes the Consultant told me today,that the shrinking pills are doing their job.So as long as i don't bleed again,he is happy to let my GP take over any issues.but keep taking the shrinking pills.A blood test in one month will give him a reading.All is set fair,so now to get the real bike out,next bit of good weather.Thanks for all your kind words.

I am on the turbo trainer.Just short rides at the moment eleven miles yesterday and today.It's great.
