Me too. I'm constantly grazing and its beginning to occur to me that I daren't calculate how many calories i'm taking in in a day. Precious little cycling this winter has made it's effect worse...i'm getting a podge .My one vice is over eating. I know I'm doing it but cant seem to stop it, so I regard it as an addiction.
I dont smoke, gamble or drink to excess, but somehow I cant stop myself from constantly picking at food. Every time I walk into the kitcvhen I will open the fidge or cupboards to see what I can eat. I will eat anything and everything. I just can't kick the habit!
