I am terrible for not stopping though. If I buy a packet of biscuits at work I will eat the whole packet in afternoon, for example. If I had two packets I'd probably eat both. Fortunately I am quite controlled when I go to the shops, and quite lazy, so it doesn't happen *that* often.

The caffeine thing is getting quite bad though - I have 4 espressos at home in the morning and then a full aeropress when I get to work, and perhaps another at lunch.
