Back to the gym, not been for 3 months since my op, so a little behind plans. Main reason is build up core and especially my left shoulder.
More weekend riding, and I recon, once I feel OK, I will most likely join a club, there is one near me that's more inclined for a couple of hours ride at weekends which is ideal (it's also linked to a cafe and an event organiser).
More CC rides, and if things work out, a few of us will be doing a C2C at some point from here.
