What bike should I get??

Hello. Im 17 and I have a cheap cheap bike that i use to go to the store when im too lazy, but ive started to go out for longer trips with friends and this bike i have right now is just too shitty and I get super tired cycling it for longer times because its too slow. So i have decided i wanna spend the 400 euro I have to buy a solid bike. I dont want one of those road bikes that have suuuper skinny tires, since i like to do wheelies and do jumps and all, but also dont want a mountain bike since most of the time im on the road and they are just too slow. So I think the right bike for me is the hybrid bike, but I have no idea which one. Ive looked around some sites and ive stopped myself on this one:

Since I know nothing about bikes, I would like to ask if that bike is right for me? (from what ive told u im looking for). Tell me what u think ^^

This is a very nice bike, it can fit fatter tyres than a normal road bike, and is better for riding longer distances on the road than a hybrid.

I personally dislike disc brakes on a road bike, but that's a whole 'nother thing. It's a great bike for the money.

£650 is quite a hike on €400

Go ride the Giant, see what you think. See if you can find last year's models reduced, Perhaps go for a higher spec, maybe a carbon fork (but stop doing jumps, get a BMX for that)

That Giant looks like a good bike for general use but it looks like it has a fairly long wheelbase and relaxed geometry, which will make it harder to do wheelies on it.

Might be worth looking at a cyclocross bike, which will have racy geometry for agile handling and is designed for a bit more rough and tumble than a typical road bike (cyclocross is essentially a slightly more grown-up version of BMX).

This is a bit over budget but is the kind of thing I mean:

Don't worry if you're not sure about using the brakes on drop handlebars - it also has secondary brake levers on the tops.

More wheels than sense
Would a 29er xc bike with lockout forks and 2 sets of tyres ( slicks n chunky) hit the spot nicely ? Certainly way better than a road bike anyway
