Nope, Sora...stick with the Felt with 105. A 105 groupset is around £300 if you ever wanted to upgrade. Do you really need a triple in Norfolk?

There's nowt wrong with properly set up sora !

Well luckily we have the great Yarmouth cycling hub which do free repairs and services on your bike, was going to pop down and ask about the sizing and stuff  the F75 is tempting haha I feel sick when I have to depart with this much money, im one of those guys haha

Same here that's why I "only" spent £400 on my cp50 from argos - full carbon, sora, decent wheelset and finishing kit. It's absolutely fine for what I need, remember no matter how good/light your bike/groupset is YOU are the motor.
My "cheapie" was good enough for me to do a 100 mile sportive at over 17mph average and put a load of "bling" bikes to shame.

Except the Argos bike is now £700

The Felt is £600 with 105, Mavic wheels and weighs 9.1kg and represents the best value of the bikes linked within the OPs budget

Personally, I'm a snob and wouldn't ride a £400 bike from Argos

I wasn't advocating the bike I bought, merely saying I wasn't going (allowed) to spend a small fortune on a bicycle! So I choose the cp50 as it was on sale at £399.99 at the time, the OP can buy the bike of his choice, but I fully understand how for some, him included, the thought of blowing huge sums of money on a bike is simply not realistic for whatever reason.

I agree the Felt f75 is something of a "bargain" if you have the readies to spend.

I also agree that you are a snob.

I'm not so fortunate, my money has to go in many more needy directions, and trying to explain to the wife that I "needed" to spend £400 on a bike was hard enough.

my answer would be buy a decent 2nd hand bike for £200 keep some in reserve to have it serviced if seller isnt including that and treat the other half as a thank you
