With Brandy it is a bit of a minefield. The branded ones are rather expensive and then if you go too cheap they are rubbish.
We have found that of the bottom end brandy, Tesco's Three Barrels stands out and really is as good as a much more expensive brand.
This along with a bottle of Ginger Wine and a bottle of dark Port see us through the winter quite well.
