Does not compute.. Mrs P is a veggie but she eats fish?

Stirfry? Beansprouts, peppers, onions, courgettes, etc., etc. If Mrs P eats meat substitute such as Quorn (it is low fat) stir some Quorn pieces in - add whatever flavouring..

yes a lot of vegies eat fish its vegans that eat no meat products at all.;)

Quorn is excellent substitute , we both eat it .
We used to eat a lot of stirfrys but our wok died.

I've decided to do veggie lasagne tonite with quorn mince and lots of vegs

No. I'll be at work on the boat for the opening couple of games.;)
Have been massively tempted to go to the Asia Cup, just wish I could stretch to it.

12:45 KO anyway for Sky coverage so I'll at least be able to watch it.

I've never ascertained whether vegans eat honey or not...

Personally, I'll be having spag bol, but I would have that every night given a free rein. Actually, I live alone, so I jolly well could have it every night, but it depends on finding mince reduced.

Ah.. one of those pretend veggies then. Vegans don't have any dairy produce as well as no meat of any kind (including no fish), whereas yer run-of-the-mill-bog-standard veggie will have dairy.

That covers just about everything in my repertoire barr curry and beans/egg on toast.

Feed her pie and then take her out for a bike ride for an hour. You know it makes sense.
Or even better - do the ride first then she'll really be hungry and want pie when you get back.

I much prefer having what I like to eat and then doing something to work it off again. Problem with it is applying the theory when I'm at work on the boat and can't get out on the bike much the weight starts to creep up. The ships cooks also get to know your weak spots and cook that particular dish more often.
