Seat is obvious, had a quick look but I've not done much other than put the pedals on so far. Front QR.. just a case of loosening, moving, re-tightening?

Oh and what's the best way of getting the wheel reflectors off? They seem to have a one-way tightening mechanism.

AFAIK

Most of them do have a way to undo but it's not always obvious and some really don't. If not, I've used side cutters carefully to crack the plastic and make it fall off. Take care not to cut or bend the spokes.

Crickey it's hard to tighten again. I had to resort to gentle application of the LART. Which of course then knocked my brakes out of alignment. And for whatever reason, even when loosened the bottom section isn't free enough to move on brake application (can move manually) so re-adjustment has taken some time!

Thanks, I'll leave that for another day and put up with the plastic spronging for now.

I've played safe with black DMR V12s to match my cranks. My bike is dark green so you've got me thinking now.

 I may regret asking this but... did you move both the lever and the nut on the other side by the same amount at the same time? Otherwise, you may have inadvertently tightened it. My usual method is to move the QR lever to the desired angle, then loosen or tighten the nut until the lever leaves a slight impression on my hand when I close it, but it's not painful.

I didn't deliberately move the nut, but it rotated very freely, just the closing was hard. I'll release and redo to check.

The spikes on many look fearful...and bad for shin integrity! Clipless for me!

Exactly. Scare me to death. At least my XT trail pedals (wider platform) not give my shins a bruise and not tear my leg to bits

Ahhh OK sorted the QR out. That was surprisingly complicated - tiny allen key to swing a lock plate out of the way before I can then push the spindle out enough to move the cogs round 180 degrees and re-tighten without needing a LART in the right position. Brakes still need more adjustment now though

When I saw the bike at first I thought black DMR pedals (I've got DMR 12s on my MTB and I love them), but no, those green ones look great!
