I've got around £100 to get some hydraulic disc brakes. I've seen a set of Deore breaks for £90 and also some Avid Elixir 1's for the same price but I'm not sure what to get. Also if anyone knows of any others for around that price, I'd like to hear about them if they are any good.
Thanks

Deore. Just order them and enjoy them. Avids are great as long as they work, but they are a nightmare to bleed and set up properly. Shimano are virtually fit and forget.

£84 will get you the pair from Chain Reaction, and roughly the same money will get the pair from Rose Bikes but be aware the levers are "Euro" ie the wrong way round on both sets. You'll need to shorten the hoses anyway, and so swapping them isn't a masive inconvenience. Itreally is a five minute job for a reasonably competent spannerist.
