Malraff, I bought a Focus Cayo 105 from Wiggle in May and their customer service is excellent. They double check that you are ordering the correct size bike but you were also given a 30 day trial with the bike. If you did not like it you could send it back (make sure you keep the packaging). I don't know if this was still in place though.
Hope this helps as far as Wiggle are concerned.

they are covering my order ! :smile: im sure the bike will be fine anyhow - its crazy what a cancel my order achieves! - i did purchase quite a bit of other equipment at the same time!

hmm - little worried about my order now !
The felt z85 2012 isnt even on the wiggle site now :sad: wonder has someone put it on to soon and didnt mean for it to so heavily discounted?

rrp was £899 but i thought i was getting for 720 due to the 20% off, if i check my order it states - bike available MID - what ever that means! mid october hopefully - it also says if my order hasnt been fulfilled in 30 days that it will be canceled! :@

Don't worry just yet. I've never bought a bike from WIggle but they have a deservedly good reputation.

One of the, ahem!, joys of buying a bike is that the timescales do tend to slip. It depends on what's in stock, when the next batch of stock is coming in, what the manufacturer is doing. I've waited up to six weeks for a bike from the LBS in the past. It doesn't help you now, but you appreciate it that much more when it arrives!

I have this years Z85, really good bike, I have just upgraded to the full 105 set up with the discount I got and have now added Mavic Askium wheels, bit better than the Mavic CXP 22's with Felt hubs that come a standard.
