Sorry meant the Caad 12 Disc have you got one ?
I have got the CAAD12 Dura Ace disc, I picked it up late November-15 and have covered just over 1,000 miles on it.

I know the LBS have the 12 Dura ace in stock, albeit in a smaller size and possibly an Ultegra and 105. I think they got the whole range of disc 12's and maybe the rim braked ones too.

Hopefully, photo added as it is hanging up in my study as I type. It is in need of a good clean though...

It's a good bike and I really enjoy riding it. A very smooth bike, much more akin to my carbon bike than the other aluminium roadie.

In terms of the upgrade list...
I changed the saddle from a Fizik Arione R7, to an Arione R1, lighter and more comfortable.

I have also worn through the stock chain and replaced with a KMC, which is much nicer. I was surprised that it was worn through in 1,000 miles, but they weren't dry miles and it has only had winter use. Park Tools recommend changing the 11s at 0.5% wear and the chain was beyond this. The new KMC isn't reading any wear at all and was a much better when fitted. I hope to get better life out of this than the shimano offering.

I would also like to change the the wheels to something a little lighter. They current wheels come in at over 1,800grms, so I would like something lighter, but am struggling to justify dropping over £500 on the winter bike for something that isn't absolutely necessary.

No regrets at all, completely fits the bill of what I was after, a light winter bike with discs, that was better and lighter than my commuter, but not as good as the summer bike. I don't mind getting the bike dirty, but usually make sure it gets a good clean. It will be used for damp rides in the summer too and also for the likes of the Dunwich Dynamo, when I don't want to unleash the pot holes of a dark ride on my carbon wheels.
