Excellent. They do act on that info as well... A couple of years back I reported a shop owner who lived round the corner from me who's tax on his Navara (ridiculous vehicle) was out of date by several months. Following week coming home from work I turned into the road to see the inspector man there remonstrating with him outside the shop.... Next day, new tax disc on display!!

On a *ahem* work from home day, went for a little lunchtime jaunt, as you do.

Saw the very same chavved up Beemer that nearly offed me parked up with - guess what - no tax.

One visit to the DVLA's 'report a car with no tax' website, and all is well with the world.

Cowardly ? Maybe, but small victories......
