cyclist takes the right turn, white car goes straight on. Neither fully stop at the give way sign, and judging by the still, the white car should be on the roundabout before the cyclist reaches the give way, and therefore had right of way on the roundabout.

Will you be linking the video so we can see? I'm sh!te at guessing games, mostly because my efforts rapidly descend into deluded fantasies.

I'd guess that out of nowhere, Gandalf appears on the roundabout and bellows "You shall not pass!". Both the cyclist and car sit there awkwardly for about 5 minutes before Gandalf speaks again saying "Nice one lads, crack on." and then disappears in a puff of smoke.

If you look again at the still above, the car is already crossing the give way whilst the cyclist is several bike lengths back.
Cyclist the turns right in front of he white RAB centre and gives the finger to the driver and calls him a tosser.
