I did the back garden yesterday, and am just sitting here watching a coffee before I tackle the front lawn, hopefully before any rain arrives.

I'd put the cape in but this morning's rain missed me. Just a light sprinkling, not what was on the TV forecast. It's now being a bit more serious and if it doesn't stop, I'll don the cape and go out again to take a coat to someone who forgot to pick up theirs.

In the office they are very kindly offering bin bags and carrier bags. The old company van is also an option.

It's peed it down here for the last couple of hours. It's looking a little brighter now but very very wet out there. Not sure now whether to cycle or continue with the van option

I came home early in nothing more than a bit of a shower. The puddles and strand lines in Cambridge were impressive.

Not sure I fancy 15 miles of mud and splash back. The puddles are going to be across the roads here.
