Excuse the wheels, my step dad was cleaning the original ones.
So I recently got given this from an old family friend, but never got the chance to ask him what it actually is, I can see its a chopper of some sort but when i search for it, none other are the same or close.

bit of a gimmick, were kind of popular in rap and hip hop videos for a bit as a style prop

It's not a fan, it's a spare wheel, that's smaller than the actual wheels so of no use whatsoever

No idea, but it's daft and looks fun. Wouldn't fancy going far on it, but for a gentle cruise it would be cool. I'd lose the rear stunt pegs but that's about it.
