What is your alcoholic beverage of choice?

People hardly ever stick exclusively to one alcoholic drink but maybe indulge in two or three. You should have made it multiple choice.

The alcohol is what gives the beer some of it's flavour.

If I go out for the night and am driving I'd rather have a normal soft drink than something like Kaliber.

I never understand how people like beer, I mean if people actually liked the taste they would have non-alcoholic beer all the time, with breakfast, dinner, tea. But they don’t!
I can have vodka with anything and you can’t really taste it. Winner!

What's the point of having something if you can't taste it?

I'm not sure I should be admitting this in sober company, but I proudly stated that I'd rather drink my own micturant than Kaliber. I was held to my claim.

I put beer, but Real Ale would be much more my, err, cup of tea.

Otherwise a good (or bad) cognac/brandy.

For lager it would be Peroni, Cobra or Chinese bottled lager Tsintao.

Guest beers/real ales when in the mood.

Wine, Zinfandel or Grenache, an occasional red.

Single Malt of at least 12 yr vintage (sparingly as it makes me daft/dafter).

Captain Morgans Spiced Rum & coke.
