What is your favourite grass?

I knew there were different sorts but would have struggled to name many, When we reseeded fields that had grown e.g potatoes, we'd plant Timothy grass as it gave a good hay crop or Ryegrass or maybe a mix, hard to recall back to the 1970's/80s
