What languages can us CCers speak?

I wonder if we can at least cover all the European languages between us?

My French is pathetic and I can say "I Love You" in half a dozen languages which was useful on foreign holidays in my earlier years

I speak OKish Mandarin Chinese as I used to live there and I go there a lot for business. Not brilliant but enough to get by on a day to day basis

So how much of the World can we cover?

None, not even proper English.

I used to be able to speak a passable French and Russian but have not used them for so many years I doubt I'd be able to say anything beyond "shut the window, it's f*cking freezing" in either language.

I can get by in German, haltingly, from a tour with BAOR.

A few very basic sentences in Greek, as my ex Wife was Greek herself.

Being able to speak another language is high on my "I wish I had...." list. Scraped a French O level at school, but it was always a struggle.

Mrs Dr Bollo can speak Urdu, but somehow I've only ever managed to pick up the swears.
