What locks do y'all use?

Can't say my locks are brilliant but I tend to lock my bike in low risk areas.
I.E at work or in Stratford where I don't leave the bike for long.

Trelock U lock and some wire lock sometimes but they are proved to be crap against bolt cutters.

Incidentally "slowmotion" - does your Masterlock D-lock have a "soldsecure" rating on it, and who's the "Gold" rating by?

I'm looking for a D-lock and there are one's like yours(I think) on Amazon with extension cables for £24. My bikes only ever left outside a shop for a short while or in a friends garden / garage(most journey's are home to home). So don't really want to pay £100 - as I already have 2 ok locks, but my insurance needs main one to be at least Silver "soldsecure".

I'm sorry for not replying sooner. I did not see your post until today.

The lock has a Gold rating from SoldSecure. The receipt for it is at work, but I will let you know the model number when I get there. I got it from Fudge, and it was quite a bit cheaper than any other Gold rated lock.

I don't think any lock provides a huge amount of protection, but the insurance people demand a certain SoldSecure rating.
