What spices do you put in omlettes?

I am on cooking duty tonight and the chosen meal is omlette and chips.
In the omlette will be cheese, onion and mushroom.
I normally add a bit of salt, black pepper and maybe some italian seasoning.
So..... for a (nice) change.....any suggestions?

You can chop up chilli and chili, but not Chile. It's survived earthquakes and Pinochet, so I think we should leave it in piece.
