Thankyou all for your support.

I am hoping that i can continue riding all over the winter months...although todays 25 miles was bloody freezing and i dont think I could wear any more clothes if I tried. If i can then by february I hope to have lost another stone and I will be very happy if I can do that. Then as the weather starts to improove in the spring I will be able to increase the distances gradually.

Nex t summer is the world naked bike ride and I am dammed if I am going to do that looking like a beached whale! Then there is my summer tour which I need to start planning over Christmas...that will likely involved 100km days so being less heavy myself will help me enjoy the trip more.
