Live longer.
Be richer.
Have my wife live longer too!

I'm retired and doing what I want to do, limited by what we can afford each year. I'm being greedy I just want more.

Remain healthy and fit enough to enjoy the grand children if and when they do come along

Visit Alaska and see some wild bears

Give up Alcohol - but not quite yet

But I think the real secret to contentment is enjoying what you've got! :hugs:

1. Meet Dayvo
2. Meet Speicher
3. Meet Arch (done)

I'm honored!

I can't think of three. I have a vague idea about taking some months off and touring Europe one day, that's one. Oh, I suppose doing LEL could be another.

I think 'being content' would be the third - nice and all-encompassing.

Of course there are lots of things it would be nice to do - meet an elephant, meet a bloke, own a dog etc etc, but they are either in the hands of fate, or down to having the dosh.

I'd like to be fit enough to cycle up Ventoux or/and Alpe d'Huez one day. Have driven up Ventoux, and one day want to cycle it.
Would also like to drive from Portugal right across to China, stopping wherever and whenever i like and taking as long as I like to do it.
I'd also like to walk the South West coast path some day. All in one go.

Oh, go on then... In no particular order and excluding lots of other things that I'd also like to do:

  • Sort out my dodgy financial situation by throwing myself into something which was really enjoyable, useful and well paid, paving the way for a much more interesting and secure future.
  • A cycling goal - cycle from the 'longest continuous gradient in England' sign in Mytholmroyd, the 5.5 miles up through Cragg Vale to Blackstone Edge, a climb of 968 feet, in 20 minutes or under. Having achieved that, continue on a loop via Littleborough, Todmorden and Hebden Bridge back to the start in a total time of 1 hour or less for the total distance of 20.2 miles.
  • Make the relationship thing work.

1. Have the balls to up and go and live here.

2. Find a slide to fit my finger properly and develop the skills to play this like Johnny.

3. Know what the Tsar Bomba sounded like.
