What to do...

I have a crosser which is in the shop currently and so I am borrowing a friends MTB which is a little too small but gets me to work and back.

But as I have been using a MTB i have started to miss mine and now I am thinking of getting one, approached the board with my business case and it was deemed that the Crosser would have to go.

so just not sure what to do.

Just wondering if people could give me their suggestions, a problem shared and all that.

Just want a new bike which would be a MTB but the board, my wife, says the cx has to go, but just not sure what to do.

I did bring up the more than one of buggies that we have, she is a childminder, which came back as but I have more than one to look after.. So was dashed...

Thinking that I could create a commuter from a spare frame and parts and still get a MTB with the cyclescheme at work. But I am not sure if I want to get rid of the cx bike..

Erm. How much do you save by commuting by bike rather than a car? I argued successfully that I save fuel/parking and gym fees plus time, although it's set at a basic £10/day when commuting by bike. In reality it's £20+ a day.

SWMBO agreed I could have up to 3 bikes because I commute by bike. Currently I'm at 5.

Just been into the garage and could get another bike sorted without too much hassle which would then be a commuter and then get the MTB but then the other question is which mtb
