What TV are you watching?

I was quite enjoying The Tourist for its Fargo-like whimsy but I'm afraid I don't get on with needless comedy shootings. Hopefully, it'll put itself back on track for the final couple of episodes.

I'm looking forward to the new season of Euphoria as I enjoyed the first. There are comments on there being too much nudity (in both seasons) but I can't say I really noticed it in season 1 so it'll be interesting to see how I go with the new one.

I didn't enjoy the last episode nearly so much either. Shame as it started well.

endings are very hard to get right. I actually enjoyed the ending and thought it was quite cleverly done. Like @yello it reminded me a bit of Fargo. really enjoyed it, we watched an episode an evening👍 dark, funny, intriguing, tender in places with clever plot twists.

The Tortoise bit still cracks me up...

Just finished The Tourist last night myself... wasn't overly impressed with the final bit of the final episode, but i suppose it could have been a lot worse. I think Helen carried the show from start to finish... without her it would have been nothing.

Indeed. I have 2 episodes to go but she's already the standout for me. Both the character and the actress.

Watching the tv tonight was dreadful so decided to watch some DVDS.
I haven't used the DVD player in year's and enjoying some old Only fools and Horses episodes

agree, it's cheesy as vintage cheddar but I do like the way they have brought back the original characters. It all seems a bit tame compared to the original films though

Watched series 3 of After Life last night. I think it has definitely run its course. The characters have become weirder and generally less relatable. I do love Ricky Gervais but this last series to me, was just trotting out the same themes and content as S1 and S2. Though the ending (no spoilers) was a bit strange

Funny how we all like different things. I binge watched the entire second series the other night and enjoyed it.
