Hita, I'm ultra new to cycling, bought a used boardman cx team bike can any advise how to work out what type of tyre is needed and maybe recommend decent tyre for bobbing down canal paths and roads? Cheers for any advice.

I had 32mm Durano race guard on my 2014 CX Team, good comfort for roads and wide enough for less smooth surfaces.
Folding tyres are easier to get on and off

Schwalbe Good Ones. They come in 35mm and 40mm. Perfect for trail and road.

If you run them tubeless then it will be super comfy and almost irradiate punctures

What are Schwalbe good ones? Which ones are bad?
New wheels will be needed tho?

My general purpose road/trail tyre is Schwalbe Marathon. The plain one, not Plus is lighter. It is high performance in the "lasts a long time" and " pretty tough and hard to puncture" categories.
