hi all,
its that problem again blo0dy flat after flat!
had a flat tyre last fri; changed the inner tube; only to have another yesterday!! different place, but the tyre has a few skid damaged spots (hard braking!) and those places seem to be giving way due to blo0dy glass sprinkled on roads plus sharp spiky stones (london).
think its time up. these are continental grand prix 4000s. only around 1500miles.
i do like a red lining on my tyres as that goes really well with my bike.
want something more reliable this time.
thinking of [edit]
- specialized espoir elite (no tpi mentioned, but..)
- michalin pro4 endurance (150tpi)
- vittoria corsa cx (320tpi but cotton tyres - what's that?)
i guess tpi is not an absolute measure of protection but something to go by..
any reviews, comments, suggestions please?
cheers
