6270 miles for 2025.
Significantly lower then the previous year as a move in October 2024 meant that my daily commute dropped from 28 miles daily to 17 miles.

7446 km for me, missed my target of 8000 for the year by getting sidetracked with other stuff the last month or so.

6910 miles (11,120km) in 2025. All outdoor miles.

It’s the first year that I’ve failed to pass 7000 miles since 2021. Age is probably catching up with me but as long as I can keep doing 10,000km each year, I’m not concerned.

I hate this time of year when everything’s zeroised: weekly totals, monthly totals, annual totals etc – and all the annual challenges start over.

Lifetime Eddington’s don’t change though – and that’s always something to concentrate on.

I’ve also been monitoring each of my bike’s Lifetime totals and, of course, they haven’t been reset to zero overnight. I’ve found that trying to get each bike up to a Lifetime milestone adds another layer of interest/extra motivation.

~1650 miles outdoors on ebikes, ~97,000 feet climbing, ~114 hours.
~2593 miles indoors on turbo, ~116,000 feet climbing, ~167 hours.

First full year of retirement and, as expected, the total mileage is down on previous years due to the loss of commuting mileage. On the bright side, I've only gone out when I wanted to, not when I had to and it's been much more enjoyable.
As usual I kept track via a spreadsheet...
