What would you come back as !

sitting in bed this morning the other says that if she gets the chance to come back after death she would like to be a house cat , as coker our cat spends at least 18hrs a day asleep in his basket and only ever commutes to his food and water bowls , so what would the rest of us like to come back as ?

i cant make my mind up

I'll take the advice of a a grumpy old Magician in TV drama set in an old-peoples home, beautifully played by Michael Caine recently. The son of the owners of the rest-home was obsessed with re-incarnation which annoyed Caine who constantly told him there was nothing after death. as they bond, Caine in a moment of weakness to placate his young friend says:

'If you wanna know, I'd come back as a badger, because the look good and they're bloody hard'

If you like the world enough to want to come back then the trick is not to leave in the first place.

That's my plan anyway.

Modesty would force me to come back as someone slightly less perfect than John Ponting. (I think I'd be better at modesty second time around.)
