I had pne, identical all bar frame size and mine having plastic shift levers. Mine was a '92 and I'd suggest that one is a touch earlier, somjm going with 88 +/- 1.
Huret started date marking their mechs on the rear (WWYY) in the late 70s so you could likely get an accurate age from that.
Low end, although decently constructed, frame with low end accoutrements. No classic value, bicycle/working transport value only, but they ride pleasantly. A cut above the contemporary Raleigh 18-23 frame machines in terms of ride quality.
