BT sarnie today, like a BLT but without the L! + acres of fruit as usual.

I was going to just have my usual apple but my ex rang and asked if I fancied having a 30 minute coffee and cake break with her. I said yes, so the cheeky so-and-so told me to go to the shops to buy the cake and get her some coffee!

So, it looks like it's a slice of cake, an apple and a coffee today...

*not homemade by me, but a Polish friend who sent me home with a big chunk after I'd been to her house the other evening.

I went for a stroll over a local hill and called in at a cafe on the way home and had half a small piece of millionaire's shortbread, half a buttered toasted currant teacake and a mug of coffee.
