Mine came last night, got numbers 5 and 9 on the Lotto Hotpicks, needed number 21, for £450, but 22 came out. Gutted!

Hmmmm - Whats annoyed me this week..?
Yesterday took my bubbas to London Zoo which was holding a 'Special Childrens Day'

No spaces in Disabled car park which is right oppsotie the entrance, OK this bit was expected, so had to park about a mile up the road & walk back, stand in queue for 20 mins, only to be told there is another entrance for us, as some wheelchairs won't fit through the turnstilles..? Our entrance is on the oppsoite side of the road about another 1/2 mile down the road.
Once at our entrance we were warmly greeted & welcomed, we were taken on a sensory tour, the children got to meet several animals & stroke, pet them.. They had a fab time.

We took a bottle of water each, but no food. I had intended on treating us to a meal in the cafe there, stood in queue at cafe, ever tried to push a wheelchair, slide a tray around the food counters, then balance it one handed fully loaded while waiting in the other queue to pay?
At till get told "Cash only, swipe machine isn't working" There was a very small sign on the till not visible until you actulay standing there.
So had to leave food (was taken bcak to be kept warm) & go in search of cash machine, located in the very busy gift shop, battle through gift shop pushing wheelchair & trying to keep my eyes on other son who has dived into the crowd, get pestered by both bubbas to buy them a, a giraffe b, a gorilla..
Locate machine in far corner of shop, force our way through crowd, who I assume must have been made up of non English spaeking foreigers as no-one seemed to undertsand "Excuse me"
Cash macine isn't working!! Gorilla & Giraffe are now being shoved in my face!
Manage to get the attention of a shop worker, ask if they will do cash back at till, am assured "Yes, they do" join queue for till, 15 mins to get to till! Put stuffed animals on counter & ask for cashbcak, only to be told they don't do it.."You can use the machine over there" explian machine isn't working, swipe thing in cafe isn't working & i'm only buying £40's worth of stuffed toys so I can get some money so we can have somethign to eat & drink, cashier just shrugs aplogetically!
Go bcak to cafe, ask if they will at lesat fill our water bottles up, am told "No, but you can buy a bottle of water"
Queue one stressed mother leaving London Zoo in a rather bad mood!

Sounds awful funnymummy! Daft of London Zoo to put disabled spaces next to the entrance that you can't use with a wheelchair.... the sensory tour sounds good though.

I was rudely awoken at half eight this morning by someone ringing my front door buzzer. I think it may have been the men putting up scaffolding across my building but I still don't understand why they felt the need to wake me when it's the landlord organising the building repairs and nothing at all to do with me.

Getting stung by an insect on the way back dinnertime, been doing Sunday rides for about twenty five years and this is the first time I got stung, got a swollen wrist at the moment.
