I'm trying to find a use for the rock hard pears on my tree (last year they never ripened enough to eat) so last night I roasted some. Had one this morning with my porridge. Much better than trying to eat them raw.

Pears and sausages casserole, slow cook, type thing.
Not a breakfast but good use for faraged pears

M/w Porridge with soya milk. Seems to suit my condition.
Taken 7ol0 odd years to realise why I felt so sh*t in the morning after cereals with milk.
