OK here my dream (had it twice now) there I am cycling along this country lane when on my left there`s this high chain link fence and on the other side there my mum, brother, dad and my other brother all waving and smiling at me. They are all standing in the order they died in. Then I come to this gate which is open and there they are again still waving and this time asking me to join them. I`m backing away and shouting `no it`s not my time yet` I normally wake up then still shouting out it`s not my time yet!

I have a recurring dream and Lisa appears in it and... hmmm... not sure how much more I can say other than there is no cycling involved.

The only recurring dream I had was a long time ago, which involved dragons (proper ones, not Welsh ones) landing in my back garden. Well, it was the back garden of the house we lived in until I was about 6. I used to have all sorts of nightmares living on the farm, but the sound of horses galloping round a frozen field or a fox screeching is enough to do that to a chap.

Hmm.....brave boy

Never mind Lisa21, you're welcome to give me nightmares anytime, any place!

At first I wondered if Norm was referring to this Lisa:

and getting worried. Then I decided, it might be:

and I felt better....

Recently I've been having a lot of dreams about a mega-tsunami. Me andall me relatives are huddled in a house while the wave crashes into it. The house survives tho'

These dreams occasionally come true:

When I was at College, they had old and rather dodgy lifts, and one night, I dreamt than I was in one of them when the cables snapped and I fell to earth (I woke up before it hit the bottom).

Annyway, a few days later, I heard that one of the lifts had suddenly fallen about 3 floors before some sort of braking system had kicked in, and the people inside had been injured

I NEVER used any of those lifts EVER again!

How about this for a bit of prescience, or precognition, or whatever the word is?

Not a particularly dramatic dream, last night: simply that I'm trying to buy a newspaper in WH Smiths, then when I get to the check-out I rummage in my pocket and all I can find are a few pennies and a half-crown. Puzzled, I pass it to some of the more elderly customers in the queue and ask "remember this?". They mutter some reminiscences.

Then I woke up.

Thing is, this was definitely last night. Today, looking on t'internet, I come upon this story. Forty years ago this month, we went decimal. I had no idea, until today, that this story was about to come up.

So - how come I dream of half-crowns last night?

I recently dreamed that my wife was my mistress - in my dream, I was acting furtively and felt really guilty. The odd thing is, I couldn't remember who my dream-wife was after I woke.

PS Just in case anyone was wondering, no, I don't have a mistress.

Well last night I dreamed that I drowned. I was running along beside a river which was full of flood water when this wave of water come down the path I was on and swept me off my feet. I remember thinking "No, no" as everything went black... and then I woke up.

Not really a dream, but he other night I woke up with a start and called out “what do you want” and standing by my bed was a dark grey shape that was at least 6 foot tall and then is just faded away, I was not dreaming as I was wide awake by then.

In my weirdest dream, theclaude was trying to convinvce me to think of her only as a sex-object instead of the intelligent and articulate cyclist she is.
What i think it means is that I should cut-down on the Stilton and Port before beddy-byes.

We've done cheese-troubled dreams before, haven't we?

In the next instalment, theclaud gets tough...

I had a dream about a beautiful relationship between a schoolboy and a teacher. It was all perfectly friendly and not erotic or anything. At least I don't think so, although when I woke up, I wondered whether she would have suffered disciplinary action anyway. What I thought was odd was that I wasn't in it.

I had a wierd dream that my old employer was demanding that I return to work and x-ray some casualty patients!

When I awoke, the bedroom was lit by the blue lights of a fire engine across the way.

When i used to work for them, we had a staff room by the casualty entrance and I can only assume that my subconscious associated the blue lights with having to get up and work!
