It's the same diamond shape tube that's fitted to the Pro road bikes and it's a race number boss

It's a Hybrid Team, quite an old one now.

Ah ha. I didn't realise such a thing existed, I presumed race numbers were put on with cable ties or whatever. Seems an odd thing to put on a hybrid but I guess it was cheaper to get a bunch of identical tubes made. But do they really use the same tubesets on a Pro Road and a Hybrid Team?
