Both diclofenac and co-codamol can be hard on the stomach.
If you've been taking them for a while they can cause stomach upsets and vomiting.

I suggest that you google 'syncope' - it's the term for passing out and urination can bring it on. You just stood up and your blood pressure was a bit low, and the circumstances combined.

again no idear, mu doctor really knows his cycling injuries though, when i statered i was plagued with sadel sores, and after trying every thing i could think of or was advised ,incuding neat sugical spirt applyed to the afected area, then leap about the room swearing, dosent cure it but takes ya mind off it for a bit, i too went to the docs as a last resort. he took a look and said mr king, u have a conflict resolution problem! i asked whats that? he replyed, "you have an old fat arse, and a young slim saddel, they dont mix well"
