Whats your favourite exercise after cycling?

You slowly build up your stamina over a month doing the plank to improve core muscles. You start on 20 seconds then build it up. I'm on day 16 and up to 90 seconds (I know it doesn't sound much but it's a killer!) . It should be 120 seconds today but I missed a day!!!

The chilling bit with the beer glass sounds good but i'm afraid the only stretching i'd be considering would be stretching my arm to the fridge for another beer:cheers:

LOL…but it doesnt matter how u stretch as long as u do :biggrin:
