Wheel choice - Mavic or Prolite

I have just purchased a Felt Z85.
It comes with Mavic CXP 22 wheels as standard, however I have a nearly new set of Pro-Lite Como available.
Which set would you suggest I use on the bike?

What kind if riding are you going to use the bike for?

Fitness mainly, Road riding only. Unlikely to threaten the race elite though!. May also attempt some sportives and longer rides

This thread has some discussion on the Mavics. Neither wheelset is particularly light but should be ok to start off with. Perhaps give both a try and see which you prefer. I would think the Mavics will be a bit more robust, although I'm not sure about their weight. The Como are around 2100g for the pair, which ain't exactly light, either. I reckon both will be ok but you may benefit from a better, lighter set for hilly stuff. I would enjoy the new bike and see how it goes... maybe upgrade to a better set next spring when you had a chance to assess both options.

Ive just taken my CXP22's off my Z6 in exchange for some RS80 C24 (£299 planet x at the moment) and it was an astonishing difference in both ride quality and acceleration and climbing. I found the CXP's to flex ENORMOUSLY (Im 95kg). I get no flex at all on the RS80's.
