As Floyssant said. Worn beyond redemption. Don't ride it at all. Tyre pressure will push the sidewall out until it cracks and jams the brakes.

You also need to rethink how you brake. You're using your rear brake too much if you say that the front rim is still good.
Or the soles of his shoes are wearing out.

I would stop riding it now. If the rim has already bulged it is ready to go. And I mean go. The bike will be unrideable as soon as it goes.
Happened on one of my rear rims, blew at about 15mph. Everything goes. Huge bang ! You'll immediately have at least a quarter of the rim peal away, the tube will be in bits and it will blow the tyre right off. Luckily I stayed on. You must have another bike. That rim is worse than mine was.
