Why do you think the rim is to blame?
Do you examine the inside of the tyre after a puncture?
Under pressure and over pressure can lead to flats. Pinch can be caused by not sufficient tyre pressure.

Have you checked the rim for burs or sharp edges, spoke holes/valve hole or for damage?
