Hi,
Got hold of a pair of Wheelsmith aluminium wheels via Ebay. Wheels are good, not issues other than non drive side bearing feels rough.
So, I don't know exact model of wheels and seller said he had them built by Wheelsmith but doesn't know model(!).

Anyway, question regards bearing housing. It should just pull off? My current Hunt and DT Swiss wheels I can easily remove by fingers. Am I missing something here?
Also, if anyone knows exact model of bearings required I'll buy a set and fit.

Edit : they're threaded on. A new one on me. The drive side comes off OK, the non drive solid and I don't want to damage anything. LBS methinks.

Thanks.

Email Derek at Wheelsmith. Had several sets built by him. Nice chap, I would imagine he will give you a reply to help out.

Could be. I do all mtc on bikes but wheel building I've not done. I always thought the bearing housings were push on. Wheelsmith are hand built jobs so guess they do things differently!

I think if bearings need replacing i'll get an expert to do it.
