Condolences.

I've had two close friends go in the last 12 months; one a couple of months older than me (colon cancer) and one a couple of years younger than me (brain haemorrhage). Losing parents and older relatives makes you put your life in perspective. Losing friends the same age pulls you right up short.

Just remember all those good times Archie. Take care.

Edit - one of my long term (30 years or so) cycling pals died some years ago now. I missed him terribly for ages and still reminisce with others about our rides. Lots of good things to remember :okay:

Very sad news, my condolences @Archie_tect

Your colleague leaves a fantastic legacy though: 1500 individuals and families who have a safe place to sleep tonight, and you can be reminded of his part of that story every time you pass one of 'your' houses...
