As someone else who can't just walk on by, I had plenty of interesting experiences on the Metro, including getting aggressive drunks off trains, defending people against racist abuse, making Metro staff call an ambulance for someone they were ignoring passed out on the station floor while people stepped over them to get to the elevator, and stopping a knife fight between teenage girl gangs. Fun times...
